Record decline: what is wrong with the purchasing power of Russians

The purchasing power of Russians fell in the second quarter of this year to a minimum over the past 10 years, experts at the HSE Development Center calculated. At the same time, the structure of the consumer basket, on the basis of which purchasing power is calculated, does not meet the realities of today. The Ministry of Labor is preparing an adjustment to the calculations.
