Italy cannot wait for financial assistance until June - Deputy Minister of Economy

Italy's deputy economy minister Laura Castelli said the country could not wait for European Union funding to be approved until June 2020. This is reported by Radio Capital on April 23. Thinking about what you can wait until June means not knowing the situation the country is in, Castelli said in an interview with the radio station. The politician stressed that after the crisis caused by the outbreak of coronavirus infection, Italy will have the largest debt in the history of the state. Recall, the leaders of the European Union plan to allocate 1.5 trillion to combat the consequences of coronavirus. If a decision is taken, a special fund will be established, from which funds will be used to help the economies of the affected countries.
