The Kremlin thanks the President of Kyrgyzstan for refusing to participate in the Victory Parade

The Russian authorities thank President Sooronbay Jeenbekov and the Kyrgyz government delegation for refusing to participate in the Victory Parade so as not to put other guests of the event at risk of infection with coronavirus.
