Facebook deleted Trump's message about CNN coronavirus

The administration of the social network Facebook deleted a message from US President Donald Trump, which allegedly contained malicious information about a new type of coronavirus. This was announced by the representative of the social network Andy Stone in an interview with CNN. According to him, the message was a video with an excerpt from an interview with the American leader on Fox News. There, Trump claims that school-age children practically do not suffer from coronavirus infection. This video contains allegations that a group of people is not susceptible to COVID-19, Stone said. He emphasized that the posting of such videos contradicts the policy of the social network on information about coronavirus. The same entry was deleted by the social network Twitter. According to the news agency, on August 4, US President Donald Trump said that the White House does not intend to introduce new restrictions on the economy due to the pandemic of coronavirus infection. He added that despite the record growth of infected, measures to limit economic activity in the country will not be taken.
