In Poland, 726 new cases of coronavirus infection were detected per day

Over the past day, 726 new confirmed cases of coronavirus infection were identified in Poland, which is the largest number of cases of the pandemic. This was announced on August 6 by the Polish Ministry of Health. At the same time, the previous largest number of detected cases of SARS-CoV-2 in the country was recorded on August 4, when 680 people were registered. According to the Ministry, as a result of this, the total number of detected cases of SARS-CoV-2 infection in the country became 49,515. It is also reported that during the same time in Poland, 18 patients died from COVID-19 and therefore the total number of deaths reached 1774. In addition, it is specified that today in the country more than 35 thousand people have been cured of COVID-19. Note, as reported by the news agency, earlier it became known that the Indonesian authorities confirmed 118753 cases of SARS-CoV-2 infection in the country.
