Putin and Lukashenko again discussed assistance to Belarus

Russian President Vladimir Putin confirmed in a conversation with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko his readiness to help resolve the situation in Belarus. Opposition supporters have been organizing protests in various cities of the republic for a week. They require re-election. Minsk and Moscow consider this pressure from outside.
