The beginning of September turned out to be so warm that Muscovites had already relaxed and changed their minds to get coats from the cabinets. And in vain: according to weather forecasters, from the middle of the coming week, autumn will finally enter its rights and bring a sharp cooling to the capital - clouds will drag the sky, rains will rain, and the thermometer columns will slide even below the climatic norm.
